Note that there will be a 2 hour cut off time for the 3.5km Swim.

Parking:
There is no parking available at the swim site. Free parking is available are UWA at car parks 1, 2and 3.

Wave Starts:
Wave starts are based on nominated times.
800m, 1.6km Classic Mile and 3.5km Challenge will be approximately 125 swimmers per wave and 2 mins apart.
 
Prizes:
  • - 800m Matilda Splash: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female
  • - 1.6km Classic Mile: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female
  • - 3.5km Challenge: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female + youngest swimmer to complete the course + age group prizes for 1st male and female as follows: 12-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+, with all age groups determined using a swimmer's age on the day of the race and gaining no other trophy (GNOT) rules also apply.
  • - 3.5km Team Trophy - Team prize for four fastest swimmers from a Masters Club - aggregate time of first 4 swimmers, team with lowest aggregate score wins.
 
Spot Prizes:
There will be spot prizes on the day for all distances.
 
Proceeds:
Part proceeds from the swim go towards supporting the activities of Superfins WA.
